1. Minimum Order Quantity:
- DVD Box: 1x 40" HC; CD Box: 1x20"FCL
2. What's the price term to buy CD and DVD boxes products:
- Mainly FOB Shenzhen, CFR/CIF major ports worldwide.
3. How about sample availability and the cost?
- All samples of CD Jewel boxes or DVD box are free of charge. But customers shall cover the courier charges.
- You can provide us your collect courier account (DHL, Fedex, TNT, etc.) and we sent the sample with freight collect.or
- you may also call your local courier account and ask them to contact our local counterparts for collecting parcel at our office.
4. What's your production capacity for CD DVD boxes?
- We exports hudreds of containers of various CD jewel box DVD boxes and other CD DVD products. Our monthly production capacity for CD DVD boxes:
14mm standard single DVD box - 50x40'Hq/month; 14mm standard double DVD box - 45x40'Hq/m; 9mm slim single DVD box - 11x 40'Hq/M;
9mm Slim double DVD box -15x40'Hq/m; 7mm Super Slim single DVD box - 10x 40'Hq/M;
7mm super slim double DVD box - 30x40'Hq/M; 10mm single CD jewel case - 15x 40'Hq/M; 10mm double CD jewel case - 10x 40'Hq/M;
Slim CD jewel case - 7x 40'Hq/M; Clam-shell CD cases - 1.5x 40'Hq/M.
5. Payment Term:
- By T/T: 30% Deposit, balance paid against documents
- In some cases, Full TT in advance may be necessary..
6. What's the material used for CD DVD Boxes:
- Currently mainly polypropylene (PP) and polystyrene (PS) is used in manufacturing CD DVD boxes. (1). CD Jewel Boxes : black base - recycled GPPS; clear cover: virgin HIPS material. (2). Square DVD box (or PP CD box): PP material. (3). Clear and color DVD boxes: New virgin PP material; black DVD box : recycled PP or virgin PP, up to customers requirements
7. How to determine the material for new CD DVD boxes, PP or PS?
- To choose the material, you should first know what features you wish for the CD DVD case and keep in mind the characteristic of each material.
PP material's Characteristic: PP is soft, sturdy, and more capable to withstand impact. The drawback with PP material is poor transparency & rigidity. Generally DVD box is made of PP material.
PS material's Characteristic: PS material come in two types, ie, GPPS and HIPS. GPPS is featured with highest transparency and good rigidity, it's ideal for display. Thus CD jewel case and calendar case are made with GPPS material. But GPPS is rather fragile. HIPS is a modified PS material, it's more flexible, but on the sacrifice of transparency. HIPS is used for the black trays of CD jewel boxes.
8. Are your CD jewel box & DVD boxes suitable for automatic packing machines?
- Yes, our standard 14mm Single DVD box, 10mm CD jewel box and 5.2mm slim CD jewel box have been proved to work well with automated packing machines like Gima,Ilsemann, and Kyoto etc.
9. Can you sell DVD box with DVD label/Print inserted?
- Yes, we can offer custom packaging as per client's request. The Client shall provide us with the print film or artwork.
10. What's the loading quantity per container.
- Please go to our CD DVD box Showroom and visit the specific pages of our products.
11. How does the CD DVD Boxes products generally packed?
- In bulk: Usually, the CD jewel Box and DVD boxes are packed in standard export cartons and then stuff into containers, this is most frequently used, as it enables the container pace to be used at biggest possibility to save shipping cost.
- With pallets: You can also demand to load with pallets for easily unload at the destination warehouse, both wood and plastic pallets available, but the extra charge of pallets will on buyer's account, also it will load less per container with pallets on.
12. I want several items. Is it possible to ship a mixed container?
- If you can't buy one full container of each item at one time, you can mix various CD jewel box and DVD boxes in a container. But all the items shall be solely purchase from us.
