Q: What's the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) required?
A: Basically, our MOQ is one 40"HQ container, mixed container is possible (All items are ordered from us). In some cases, just one 20" container or even less, e.g. CD sleeves.
Q: What's the price term to buy CD and DVD boxes products:
A: Mainly by INTERCOM 2000, FOB Shenzhen and CFR/CIF major ports worldwide.
Q: How about sample availability and the cost?
A: 1. Samples of all existing CD jewel boxes or DVD boxes are available free of charge. But new customers shall cover the courier charges.
2. For new products or mock-up, the molds shall be set up first. The customers shall pay the molds cost for us to build new molds, which take 20-35 days.
* Possible solutions for shipping freight:
(1) Provide us your international courier account (DHL, Fedex, TNT, etc.) and we will send the sample parcel with freight collect.
(2) Contact your local courier office and arrange parcel collecting at our office.
(3) Pay the shipping freight to our bank account in advance.
Q: What's your production capacity for CD DVD boxes?
A: We ship various CD jewel box DVD boxes and other plastic packaging products by a large amount. The monthly production capacity for main media boxes:

The production capacity for Multiple CD/DVD cases, business card box, calendar case is generally 1-2 40"HQ containers monthly.
For custom products, the delivery time is depending on the quantity of moulds to be set up, plus the molds' construction time of about 30 days.
Q:What's the payment term?
A: Generally, by T/T - 30% deposit, balance paid against documents;
In some cases, full TT in advance may be necessary..
Q: What's the material used?
A: Mainly polypropylene (PP) and polystyrene (PS) for CD DVD boxes. For transparent parts, grade-A PP or GPPS will be used; while for black parts, usually recycled PP or HIPS will be used, unless otherwise specified.
Q: How to determine the plastic material for new boxes, PP or PS?
A: To choose the material, you should first know what features you desire to have for the your case and keep in mind the characteristic of each material.
PP material's Characteristics: PP is soft, sturdy, and better to withstand impact. The drawback with PP material is poor transparency. DVD boxes is mostly made of PP material.
PS material's Characteristics: PS material come in two types, GPPS and HIPS. GPPS features highest transparency and good rigidity, it's ideal for display. Thus CD jewel case and calendar cases are usually made with GPPS. But GPPS is rather fragile and easy to break under pressure. HIPS is a modified PS material, it's more flexible, but on the sacrifice of transparency. HIPS is often used for the black trays of CD jewel boxes.
Q: Are your CD jewel box & DVD boxes fit for automatic packing machines?
A: We have some models designed to run automatic packing machines. standard 14mm Single DVD box, 7mm single dvd box have been proved and work well with most brands of machines like Gima,Ilsemann, and Kyoto etc. 10mm CD jewel box and 5.2mm slim CD jewel boxes fit some automated machines.
Q: How do you pack the CD DVD Boxes and plastic products?
A: The CD DVD cases are shipped with cartons without pallets in containers, unless otherwise requested. Pallets loading or other custom packaging is possible but extra charge will be applied.
Q: Can you sell DVD box with DVD label/print slip inserted?
A: We offer custom packaging and retailer packs as per client's request. The Client shall provide us with the print film or artwork.
